So many nights or days in my past have been about escaping the mundane thoughts running in my brain. But now that I am on your schedule with great sober reminders I have stayed more in control & sober finally feeling my thoughts. All new for me. More calm & understanding & kindness to myself in stead of panic & fleeing.
